Timelines
Presentation of a successful event requires extensive preparation.  The Film Festival Group helps its clients develop a comprehensive timeline of tasks needed to ensure a professional outcome.  We offer a basic timeline as part of our Festival Blueprint (see Strategic Planning), and a more specific task-oriented operational timeline as part of our consulting packages.  The Film Festival Group is available to service the timeline and to coordinate the efforts necessary for the timely completion of its action items.

Box Office
The Film Festival Group assists its client festivals in identifying, contracting and operating the best box office and ticketing system for the event.  We help develop box office management procedures, software implementation, ticket and pass design, phone banks, web interfaces and all of the other elements that go into making a professional and efficient box office operation.
